Lido J. Gori
CEO / MANAGING PARTNER
Lido J. Gori Jr. has been working in the building and construction industry since 1982.
He was the President of G&G Design Engineers, an architectural/engineering drafting service, from 1983 – 2005 and LJG Construction Consultants of Westchester, Inc., a design/build firm, from 1990 – 2005.
Lido has held senior management positions with other design/development firms during his career.
Lido’s professional experience includes the overall management of new out of the ground structures and renovations of multi-family, residential, luxury high rise condominiums, hotels, modular home developments, commercial buildings and a variety of retail spaces fit outs from preconstruction to certificate of occupancies.
Lido’s extensive field and administrative experience enables him to monitor projects and project teams involving field personnel, scopes of work, contracts, trade buyouts, site safety, scheduling, logistics and quality control.
Lido also has a large network of consultants and contractors that look forward to working with him on new projects.
He meets with design development teams and owners during the duration of all projects.
In addition to Lido's Construction management experience, he is a retired Fire Captain / Arson Investigator who was employed in Westchester County for over 20 years.
Lido is a true team player and has been a mentor throughout his entire career.
He is a father of 5 and grandfather of 3. He primarily resides with his wife Teresa in Shrub Oak, NY. and splits his time between there and West Palm Beach, Fla.

VICE PRESIDENT OF FIELD OPERATIONS / MANAGING PARTNER
​Lido T. Gori has over two decades of experience in the construction industry. He collaborates closely with field teams to oversee the development, construction, and rehabilitation of various projects. He ensures the coordination, safety, and supervision of all on-site activities. Additionally, Lido holds a license as a DOB Construction Superintendent in New York. Throughout his career, Lido has demonstrated expertise in managing the overall field operations for new out-of-the-ground structures and renovations of diverse residential, commercial, and affordable housing projects, including multi-family, luxury high-rise condominiums, hotels, and affordable housing complexes. Lido’s educational background includes a degree in Construction Technology from the State University of New York at Delhi, NY, and a Certificate in Construction Project Management from the General Society of Mechanics & Tradesmen.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Lido is a devoted father of two. He primarily resides with his wife, Kayla, in Florida, NY.
Garfield Bailey
FIELD OPERATIONS
Garfield oversees the daily field operations of all ongoing projects.
His architectural background and construction experience gives him the ability to understand the process needed to coordinate the required trades to complete their work.Â
He has been working with G&G Design since 1990.
